I am a guy. I treat men all the time. I know how it is. Men don’t think about their health until something is broken. If it is not broken, don’t fix it is our strategy.
For 35 years I have fought for men being more aware about their bodies and their health. What I noticed is once a man does develop that awareness he also develops a new appreciation for his body. His old junker becomes the hot ride he enjoy taking out.
June 13-19, 2011 is Men’s Health Week and June is National Men’s Health Month. Use it as an excuse to give your body a little attention. The Mankind Project an international organization training men is a co-sponsor of Men’s Health Week. They see the need to shift the old paradigm for men around their bodies.
Do something for your body and health that week… it won’t kill you.
