Use Your Experience as the Test
There is no perfect teacher, program, book, group, or method. Do your due diligence. Pay attention to who is leading. Notice whether an approach helps you become more yourself or asks you to conform to someone else's idea of what a man should be.
Then notice what actually happens. Does the work make you more aware? More capable of feeling without being controlled by what you feel? More honest? More connected? More responsible for your impact? Better able to create the relationships and life you want?
Information can point you somewhere. Experience tells you whether it works.
