Right Use of Power

The problem is not power itself. The problem is how one uses the power. As the NPR story and research infers, when power is used for self gain it is much more likely to be abusive. When it is used to assist others it empowers others for the gain of the collective.

Last weekend I was at the World Domination Summit… yes the name implies the opposite. Chris Guillebeau leveraged his power to create a gathering that served many. How often do you see a politician do that – man or woman?
