I am writing a book on the few questions that can set you free. For example, one question I ask men is, “Where are you incomplete?” If you haven’t kept an agreement with someone or yourself you risk losing energy from that incompletion. You may keep thinking about that thing you need to do. You may avoid that person or situation because you haven’t kept your agreement. Or it might be as simple as that pile of dirty clothes you need to pick up.
Most of these questions come up in the moment based on the current interaction. Yet, as a meditation to focus your awareness and growth these questions can crack open what was stuck.
