Many years ago, while I had my holistic medical clinic, I did some corporate trainings. Fast forward to 2017; I returned to working with businesses this time more with entrepreneurs.
Adapting what I developed for EVRYMAN, I create a custom program that produces emotional safety and then connection, which brings out the best in people and teams. The years of designing and leading groups give me the skills to support what needs to come out that holds us back. We believe that opening up is dangerous or hard.
When men and women feel safe, they want to communicate what was held back. We know we all have communication governors. We don’t need to reveal secrets, we just need to develop the untaught skill of connection. The problem is not the people or the team; the problem is the model we use to interact.
