What do you want to change? What keeps tripping you up?
After 35 years of study, changing myself and teaching it to others, I have come to learn a few things about change – don’t be impressed. I had a lot to accept and change. First the obvious, change doesn’t stop. But you knew that. Next, there is the old way and there is the easy way. Then there is the easy and quick way.
From my work with men individually and in groups I continue to refine my eclectic approach.
We are in the process of designing a simple way to teach that to you. So stay tuned…
You are in luck; you don’t need to wait for me. A fellow I met through the development of the Global Men’s Network has devised a process that is similar to what I do. Lion Goodman’s Belief Closet is live – so I recommend you use it. It meets my criteria of easy, quick and sustainable. The technique is thin on theory and heavy on results. I know it works because I have been doing something similar with clients and myself for years.
I agree with Lion. Most change work comes down to beliefs. You can have the understanding, acceptance and intent around changing them – but they may not change. His model will do it. He gives it away, yes he gives it away. Go to his site signup to get his Belief Closet.
Let me know what your experience is with using his simple technique.
